Mr. Ridgway is the co-founder of the Gold Group with over 20 years of mining and exploration experience worldwide. He has been integral in financing a stable of junior mining and exploration companies, raising over $150 Million between 2007-2009.

Mr. Cook is an independent exploration analyst and author of Exploration Insights (www.explorationinsights.com). His newsletter is devoted to the critical analysis of junior mining and exploration companies as it relates to investing. Brent has over 25 years of on-the-ground experience evaluating mineral property economics and geology. He has been an advisor, and consultant to high net worth individuals and major mining companies on project scattered across nearly 60 countries.

Mr. Beesley is a founding partner of Sequoia Partners Inc., a financial advisory and investor relations firm based in Vancouver, B.C. He currently sits on the board of Enterprise Capital, a Capital Pool Company that has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Silverock Holdings Inc. He has several years experience in senior investor relations roles and has been involved in raising over $40 Million in various financings since 2006.

Mr. Parratt is a Certified Professional Geologist with over 35 years of exploration experience. He was directly involved in the discovery and development of the Rabbit Creek, Lone Tree, Trenton Canyon and Long Canyon gold deposits in Nevada which between them contain over 15 million ounces of gold. Ron was co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of AuEx Ventures, Inc., a Nevada-based gold/silver exploration company from 2003 until it was acquired by Fronteer Gold Inc. in late 2010, which led to the spin out of Renaissance Gold where he is currently Executive Chairman.
