Arthur Brown

Chairman & Director
Mr. Brown served as CEO and Chairman of Hecla until retiring in 2006. During his 39 year tenure at Hecla he held many senior positions in operations including becoming the company's President in 1986, and Chairman and CEO in 1987. Mr. Brown serves as a director on the boards of AMCOL International Corporation (NYSE: ACO) where he also serves as a member of the audit and compensation committees. Mr. Brown is also a director of the Idaho Independent Bank. He is a former Director of the National Mining Association and served as a Director of The Gold Institute and The Silver Institute (Past President).

Michael Callahan

President CEO, & Director
Mr. Callahan served as Vice President of Hecla Mining Co. and President of Hecla's Venezuelan Operations from 2006 to 2009. Joining the company in 1989, he held various positions including Vice President of Corporate Development and Director, Accounting & Information Services and Senior Financial Analyst. From 1997 to 1999, he served as Financial Manager of Silver Valley Resources. Between December 2009 and July 2012 he served as President of Silvermex Resources Ltd. (TSXV: SMR), until the Company was acquired by First Majestic.

Alf Hills

Director
Mr. Hills is a graduate of University of British Columbia in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering and has over 35 years of international mine evaluation, development and operating experience. From 2006 to 2013, Mr. Hills was the CEO and a director of Kobex Minerals Inc. and a predecessor company, International Barytex Resources Ltd. Prior to then, he spent 26 years with the Placer Dome Group of Companies. Mr. Hills also participated in developing the CIM Best Practice guidelines for Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve Estimation and was a corporate member of the SME Resources and Reserve Committee. Mr. Hills was also a member of the Canadian Security Administrators ("CSA") Mining Technical Advisory and Monitoring Committee ("MTAMC") which advised the CSA on mining-related regulatory issues.

Michael Williams

Director
Mr. Williams is currently the President of Full Metal Minerals, a Toronto Stock Exchange Venture (TSX: V-FMM) listed company that completed an Initial Public Offering in May 2004, and a Director and Advisor to several additional mining exploration companies. He is a co-founder of Full Metal Minerals, and is responsible for the company's corporate development, marketing and financing. Mr. Williams has significant contacts with both retail and institutional investors and has an extensive investment banking network. Mr. Williams was the Chairman of Underworld Resources (UW -- TSXV) until April 26, 2010 when Kinross Gold Corporation completed its acquisition of the company. He was previously Vice President of Atna Resources Ltd., a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company, where he developed and implemented all of the company's communication and investor relations programs from 1996 through to 2004. Prior to joining Atna Resources, Mr. Williams provided public relations counsel to various sectors including: mining, manufacturing, financial services, hospitality, tourism, and government.
